Welcome to my UCBA Student Ambassador Website! I am more than excited to share my progress and my growth with you as I embark on this journey!

My name is Daniel Posmik and I am a second year student double majoring in Business Economics (BBA) and Business Analytics (BSc)
​
I am an international student from Munich, Germany - where I was born and raised. Incorporating my different perspective into my life as a Bearcat is what makes my academic field so interesting for me!
Who am I?

I am a very active person. I like to challenge myself physically and intelectually on a daily basis. I have played football - even on the semi-professional level - for almost six years. I enjoy working out and doing outdoors activities, like hiking, rock climbing and cave exploring.

I also like to read about a variety of academic and motivational subjects. I am amazed from all topics
I am very passionate about combatting climate change and raising awareness for it. I am a president of the newly-founded UC Blue Ash Sustainability Club (UCBASC) and I am an active member of the Citizens'Climate Lobby (CCL). This summer, I had the honor to attend the International Climate Conference in Washinton DC along with Dr. Michael Roman.
Moreover, I love being involved on campus. As a Student Orientation Leader (SOL) and through the Student Leadership and Professional Development (SLPDI), I grew tremedously from a professional standpoint. I am working as a Resident Advisor (RA) starting in the Fall '19 semester. Along with my engagement in the areas of international student equity, inclusion and social justice I cannot wait to develop more as a leader from a holistic perspective.
